Open Arms Area holds roughly 58 meetings in Orange, Sullivan and Dutchess Counties. Narcotics Anonymous was founded in 1953 and meetings began here in the Hudson Valley in the early 1980s. All meetings are open to anyone seeking freedom from active addiction.
